Delivery time and shipping costs

All our orders are fulfilled through a professional logistics company with many years of experience.

WHAT PROTECTION DO WE OFFER AT HYSTERESIS?

All our glasses have UV400 protection, which perfectly protects your eyes from ultraviolet rays.
They comply with the following standards:
American Standard
ANSI Z80.3-2001, Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003, and Standard EN 1836-1997 in accordance with European Community Directive 89/686/EEC.

You can make your payments in three ways:

When selecting this payment method, please include your name and order number in the transfer.

Via PayPal. To make the payment, you'll need to log in to PayPal.

CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER

You can change or cancel your order by emailing us at info@hysteresisoptics.com , as long as it has not been processed and shipped.

RETURNS

Return policy

At HYSTERESIS, we accept returns once the product has been purchased, although we are sure you will love it as soon as you receive it.

The product may be returned in perfect, unused condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of any quality issues, we will be responsible for resending the product after receiving images of the damage or receiving the product.

Returns due to quality issues will only be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

As soon as we receive the damaged product and analyze it, we will automatically send an identical product at no additional cost.

HYSTERESIS: is not responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning the product unless it is due to a quality issue, in which case HYSTERESIS will cover the costs.
