RETURN POLICY

At HYSTERESIS, we accept returns once the product has been purchased if it's in perfect condition. But don't worry, we're sure you'll love it.
In the event that the product arrives defective, an email must be sent to info@hysteresisoptics.com with images of the damage to process the return. These returns will only be accepted if the product has not been used and within 48 hours of receiving the package. As soon as we receive the damaged product and analyze it, we will automatically send a similar product at no additional cost.
