What is the final price of our HYSTERESIS?
The final price when delivered to your home is shown below each product. All shipping costs are completely free (Spain – Peninsular Spain).

The estimated delivery time according to destination is:
Peninsula: 1-3 business days
Balearic Islands: 3-5 working days
Andorra: 3-5 business days
Rest of Europe : 3-6 business days
Rest of the World : 5-7 business days

Mi pedido no ha llegado, ¿Dónde puedo localizarlo?
Al realizar tu pedido recibirás un correo de confirmación y a las pocas horas la agencia de transporte te hará llegar el número de seguimiento. De esta forma sabrás en todo momento dónde está tu pedido. Si no has recibido ninguna comunicación, haznoslo saber a través del correo electrónico con todos tus detalles del pedido y analizaremos la incidencia a la mayor brevedad.

Are our glasses and lenses of quality?
All our sunglasses feature UV400 protection, which protects against 100% of the sun's ultraviolet rays, and are approved by the European Union. For more details on the technology, visit our Technology section and learn more to ensure our high level of quality.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept three secure payment methods:
Paypal (credit card, direct debit, transfer, among others)
When selecting this payment method you can choose two options:

- Payment via Paypal account (card or transfer).

Can I return glasses I don't like?
At HYSTERESIS, we accept returns once the product has been purchased, although we are sure you will love it as soon as you receive it.
The product may be returned in perfect, unused condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. In the event of any quality issues, we will be responsible for reshipping the product.
¿Qué hago si recibo un pedido con alguna incidencia?
En el caso que haya cualquier problema de calidad o exista algún elemento faltante, háznoslo saber máximo a las 48h de recibir el pedido y nosotros nos haremos responsables del reenvío del producto, sin ningún coste asociado.
When will you prepare my order?
We process all orders on the same day they are received, so your package will leave our warehouse the same day or the day after it is ordered through our website.
What are the dimensions of our HYSTERESIS?

What level of protection do our products offer?
All our products comply with all European, American, and Australian sales and use regulations. American Standard ANSI Z803-2001. Australian AS/NZS 1067:2003. Standard EN 1836-1997 in accordance with European Community Directive 89/686/EEC.
Is it possible to cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
Of course, you can make any changes the same day you place your order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. This change won't incur any associated costs. Send us an email at info@hysteresisoptics.com and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
